Also included in this new image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a legend detailing various parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
