The debated, United States and Israel-funded Gaza relief foundation announces it is concluding its relief activities in the affected area, subsequent to approximately 180 days.
The group had earlier paused its multiple aid distribution centers in Gaza following the truce agreement between Hamas and Israel took effect recently.
The foundation sought to circumvent United Nations channels as the primary provider of humanitarian assistance to Gazans.

The GHF said on recently that it was concluding activities now because of the "satisfactory fulfillment of its humanitarian effort", with a total of three million packages containing the equivalent of more than 187 million meals provided to residents.
The organization's top administrator, the foundation leader, further mentioned the American-directed Civil-Military Coordination Center - which has been set up to help implement US President Donald Trump's Gaza peace plan - would be "taking over and developing the system the foundation tested".
"The organization's system, in which Palestinian factions were unable to divert and benefit from humanitarian assistance, had major impact in convincing militant groups to participate and achieving a ceasefire."
Hamas - which denies stealing aid - approved the termination of the aid organization, as indicated by media.
A representative of declared GHF should be subject to scrutiny for the damage it inflicted to Gazans.
"We request all global human rights groups to make certain that consequences are faced after leading to casualties and wounds of many residents and obscuring the nutritional restriction approach employed by the Israeli government."
The foundation started work in Gaza on late May, a week after the Israeli government had moderately reduced a comprehensive closure on humanitarian and trade shipments to Gaza that lasted 11 weeks and caused severe shortages of necessary provisions.
After 90 days, a nutritional emergency was proclaimed in the Gaza metropolitan area.
The foundation's nourishment distribution centers in various parts of the Palestinian territory were administered by United States-based protection companies and situated within Israeli military zones.
The UN and its partners said the system violated the fundamental humanitarian principles of neutrality, impartiality and independence, and that channelling desperate people into armed forces regions was fundamentally dangerous.
International human rights monitoring body said it recorded the killing of at least 859 Palestinians attempting to obtain nourishment in the vicinity of GHF sites between 26 May and 31 July.
An additional 514 individuals were lost their lives close to the paths taken by United Nations and additional relief shipments, it added.
The greater part of these people were killed by the Israeli military, as per the organization's documentation.
Israel's armed services claimed its soldiers had fired warning shots at people who approached them in a "menacing" way.
The GHF said there were no shooting events at the distribution centers and alleged that United Nations of using "false and misleading" data from the Palestinian health authority administered by Hamas.
The GHF's future had been indefinite since Hamas and Israel agreed a ceasefire deal to carry out the first phase of Trump's peace plan.
It said aid distribution would take place "free from intervention from the both sides through the international bodies and their affiliates, and the international relief society, in combination with other international institutions not connected in any way" with militant groups and the Israeli government.
UN spokesperson the UN spokesman said on Monday that the foundation's closure would have "zero effect" on its activities "since we never collaborated with them".
The official further mentioned that while additional assistance was reaching the Palestinian territory since the truce was implemented on 10 October, it was "not enough to satisfy all requirements" of the 2.1 million residents.
